What is climate-controlled storage?
Climate-controlled storage maintains a consistent temperature (50–80°F) and regulated humidity year-round. This protects sensitive belongings — furniture, electronics, documents, antiques, and business inventory — from extreme heat, cold, and moisture damage.
How secure is the facility?
We have 24/7 video surveillance throughout the property, controlled building access (only authorized tenants can enter), and well-lit interior and exterior areas. Every unit has its own roll-up door with a secure lock.
How does autopay work?
Autopay enrollment is required. Payments are automatically charged to your card on your billing due date. If autopay fails or payment isn't received within 5 days of the due date, a late fee of $20.00 or 10% of monthly rent (whichever is greater) will apply.
How do monthly rentals work?
All rentals are month-to-month — no long-term commitment. Payment is due before move-in. We require autopay enrollment. You can cancel with appropriate notice at any time.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required. All rentals are flexible month-to-month, giving you the freedom to store your belongings for as long — or as short — as you need.
What is the Grand Opening promotion?
The first customers to rent units at our new facility receive 50% off their monthly rate from their start date through December 31, 2026. This promotion applies to the first 85 available units on a first-come, first-served basis.
